I wanted to be everything. In kindergarten I remember I had this assignment to do - a little mini biography scrapbook type thing. Well, they asked "What do you want to be when you grow up?" as expected.
I remember telling my mom a whole list - a ballerina, a mom (really, at the time), a singer, an actress, and just about every other career in the entire world.
She said how about two things instead of the whole list. falloff I was so upset that I couldn't put the whole list there.
So then every year after that the list would grow and shrink and change...after a certain point I didn't want to be anything in particular. lol Guess that's what comes of wearing out all possible career choices before the age of ten.

HE'S COMING AGAIN

I think you´re making it up to look cool, which is fine dont get me wrong. I just cant see how you could of seen ´Superfly´ at say the age 8. Everyone knows he´s not someone who should be admired carrying on the way he did either. Each to their own I guess. I can hardly talk either, I wanted to be Michael Jackson who is just as much a social nuisance.

Girl! I used to want to be a Disney animator too! I used to draw Lion King characters, Princess Jasmine, The Beast, and Pocahontas very well. I practiced and practiced, hoping that one day I would work for Disney. But like you said, they moved onto computers. sad

Wanted to be Roger Taylor of Queen.

He was so cool in the late 70's early 80's cool

All i wanted to do was play drums to the point of actually owning an Air drum kit and playing along with the video's. I really studied all his moves. Mum and Dad thought i was crazy when they saw me. They thought i was having a fit.

I still have my old air drum kit and it comes out from time 2 time but i play along to Prince now.

Sad ain't I ??

"On drums and leopardskin trousers" - which album was that?...

I wanted to be the hairy guv'nor himself, Brian May. Perfect mix of brilliant axeman and, well, Doctor Who (another hero)

I think that would be around 77/78 on the "Live Killers" album

Brian. Possibly one of the worlds greatest guitar hero's ever to live. He is a master. If you get the chance the chance Smedley get hold of a copy of "Queen on Fire, Live at the Bowl" filmed in 82 at Milton Keynes. Skip to the guitar solo on or around Now I'm Here and if you have 5.1 or DTS on your system it will blow you away.

Great Band live.

Get yer "Air guitar" and i'll get me drums and we'll have a Jam biggrin biggrin

that sounds brilliant! I can do a shockingly poor "crazy little thing called love" on acoustic, but then even freddie could play that...

I've only heard the milton keynes concert on cd, i'll def have to get round to seeing the dvd razz
