Who has been your favorite Orger to meet? Who was totally different that you imagined? Who was just like you imagined? Who's left that you want to meet? Who was your first?

I remember meeting Dansa/Handclaps and jumping up and down. I remember meeting Dex and Ariel and Chico and thought how they were so different than here. I remember meeting Supa and thinking how much he felt like home. I remember how nervous I was meeting FunkMistress. lol

I remember meeting Tron and Beamie and Moonsongs and thinking how wonderful it felt to be around them.

i guess i didn't leave much of an impression. bheart

Freespirit

I have really been thinking about this today. lol Actually, since last night.

I must say, the personal meetings have been among my favorite moments. One that will always stay in my mind is meeting Chico for the first time and staying at his home. Gosh, this was 3 years ago! This experience was the most powerful of them all and stays with me always... no matter the time that has passed. There is something "unspokeningly" amazing about this moment and I can recall what I felt back then, still to this day. Through the years, I know now, meetings such as these are extremely rare. In knowing this, I value it more and more each day, even if we live totally different lives. I will always hold a special place in my heart for him.

Ps~ He smells delicious. wink

Driving to the Grand Canyon with Milton and Madartista was amazing... and held a certain magic during that specific time, again, one I will always remember.

Spending time with C.C. Allentini, the silent unspoken moments of connection... that I still feel today. It's like walking on similar plains of life at times, only in two different states. We understand so many life meanings/views the same.

emm, it was like visiting with a lifelong friend. rose

Ginnie, it was after I met her that I grew to appreciate our growing friendship and similar understandings of life as well.

Richard, again... with what we knew about each other through words... we had that "I know" what you are talking about understanding.

Barbara (DiminutiveRocker), I did not chat with her much when I first met her in person. However, she is by far the most devoted, constant, long distant phone friend ever! rose

Electrostar (Jon), incredible soul with this great/rare appreciation for life.

Ivy, well... she was always so shy to get to know in the short time we had, she giggles a whole lot. ~Hugs.

Petra, such real and painful conversations I will never forget. Beautiful, nevertheless.

Sag10, again... like hugging a lifelong friend. rose

So many unique personalities, and each one has affected my life to certain degrees, for sure.

Invasionthingymajigs are pretty much done for me. Although relationships away from the org are forever growing. heart

~~~~~
I await to meet Marion (HowComeYouDontCallMe), for sure. Love you Marion. heart SoulSisters no doubt.
Senik... I absolutely adore. I can only hope to meet him one day soon.
okay correct thread falloff
the most memorable was the Chicago meetup which i almost changed my mind about because i didn't know anybody(my mother always warned me of getting in cars and possibly getting cut up-never to be seen again-i know crazy lol). i trusted stymie so i decided to follow through lol Dansa was nothing like i thought she was, Finess is like a walking encyclopedia....i was mad at Anx cause i wanted to meet him so bad, i almost knocked over ivy to get to Anx at Berlin, then i had nothing to say lol, LA was fun, i really like lolly, Dex is nothing like i thought, the whole minneapolis thing was really really fun for me.
i was real excited about minnieG, CarrieMpls, Heretorockyourworld, and Endo. i'm always happy to see Audience. i want to meet imago so bad, and retina and abeirman and Cborgman, and charlotte and i really really really want to meet RhondaB. But i had fun with everybody. The invasions special to me because i've met people i don't think i would've ever met in my everyday world.
It may appear on the org that me and theAudience don't get along, but he's a real cool cat. We were kicking it and talking about music in stuff when I met him.
Also it was cool to hang with purplegypsy and Sassy at this 80's club we went to.
And then my boy Purplecam even came to see me play with my band. guitar
I met a few more orgers too, but I'm too lazy to mention them. But there's a whole lot more that I'd love to meet.
okay, I'll jump in...
My favorite meetings that come to mind were:
Mind-melting conversation with the sublime mind and heart that is MADARTISTA
Incredibly gracious and honest and genuine conversation with Dook at my first invasion ever, total surprise from his usual antics biggrin
Musical high-fives and me queen for an hour with Stax on one side, Audience on the other 3some
Beautiful drive and half-sleepiness shared entering portholes of realities at the movie theater with sosgemini
meeting of the minds with NDRU
And there was a certain Tina?? former orger at superspaceboy's house and she was feelin' the PRINCE VIBE fro
okay, let's see.....
Ella and I got drunk and laughed our asses off. Thanks for calling me a dweeb you tool.
Shanti and I had a great talk over two for one drinks in our hometown of Spring Hill.
Dex and I drank at his friends house and watched a pretty decent boxing match.
FunkMistress worked her magic on me over a night of dancing, surprisingly alcohol DID NOT make much of an appearance at this meeting....
and now I'm going the full monty and doing the Miami invasion thingie..
Hope to do it again soon...though this time we will have much happier things to discuss. What a difference a year makes....
redface Sin, I am so sorry. I have met so many wonderful souls, it would take pages to list them all.
I am honored to have met you and you coming to Berlin and suprising methat night stands out as one of the best memories I have had of meeting an Orger. Thank you for that. Thank you for everything. hug
Oh yeah, and EvilWhiteMale isn't as evil as people think. He does have his opinions and whatever, but he's actually not a bad guy once you get to know him. He used to come by to this retail store where I used to work too and we'd chat up a storm.
