I've met quite a few but there is one in particular who I'd love 2 get in a boxing ring for 15 rounds of boxing. U KNOW who U are.

Meeting Applekisses was a life-changing experience. Hard to believe that was all the way back in 1998. Poor thing was sick the entire time, though.

Dansa was answering the phone with her "What it is?" and I just well, didn't know how to answer to that. Then met her to go to the party and was very cool.

Dex got my neck all cramped from look up all the time Very cool man. Leaves great impressions wherever he goes.

Meeting Teacher was like meeting an old friend. We got along so well. And I'll never forget how her sister dropped her pants in the parking lot Or me falling asleep after drinking one sip of Absynthe.

Shanti and I had a great talk over two for one drinks in our hometown of Spring Hill.


Dex and I drank at his friends house and watched a pretty decent boxing match.


FunkMistress worked her magic on me over a night of dancing, surprisingly alcohol DID NOT make much of an appearance at this meeting....

the most memorable was the Chicago meetup which i almost changed my mind about because i didn't know anybody(my mother always warned me of getting in cars and possibly getting cut up-never to be seen again-i know crazy lol). i trusted stymie so i decided to follow through lol Dansa was nothing like i thought she was, Finess is like a walking encyclopedia....i was mad at Anx cause i wanted to meet him so bad, i almost knocked over ivy to get to Anx at Berlin, then i had nothing to say lol, LA was fun, i really like lolly, Dex is nothing like i thought, the whole minneapolis thing was really really fun for me.
i was real excited about minnieG, CarrieMpls, Heretorockyourworld, and Endo. i'm always happy to see Audience. i want to meet imago so bad, and retina and abeirman and Cborgman, and charlotte and i really really really want to meet RhondaB. But i had fun with everybody. The invasions special to me because i've met people i don't think i would've ever met in my everyday world.

Stymie was the first Orger I met. She was so sweet to me, and took me for the most amazing Chicago deep dish pizza. I think I met Anx for the first time on this trip too. Danced like an Energizer bunny all night at Prince Night at the Berlin after loading up on Turkish coffee.

The Minneapolis Invasions get me all The first one holds a special place in my memory. It was the first time I met all the beautiful MPLS kitties (kiss me, Darin!), plus Muse2NOPharaoh, minneapolisgenius, tackam, matt... I also got to fam the FUCK out at all the Princey stuff. Everyone was so wonderful, there was a real family vibe almost immediately. At the third Invasion I finally met madartista and experienced spiritual transcendence and a new appreciation for air guitar on the floor another Prince night.

I saw Prince and Tamar in Chicago with Stymie, brownsugar, GangstaFam, Anx, Handclaps and eleven. Amazing night, whale tail and all! We waited in line for hours, then as soon as we got in Nathan spotted Prince's guitar setup and herded us all into a prime spot, right in front of where P would be all night.

Last year I met this dude JerseyKRS for a beer and a Jeopardy competition. The Jeopardy never happened, but he did stay on the dancefloor with me for four hours straight. So I had no choice but to luuuuurrrrve him, forever and ever amen.

This fucking place!

I haven't met any Orgers yet, but I will at the Prince show in San Fran!!!

Adisa is awfully cool, and extremely funny, in person, too. Got the chance to break some bread with them and tA's brother and father.

But, I've not had occasion to meet any other Orgers.

this reminds me: stymie, i'm still jealous that you got to meet DavidEye and i haven't.
