Did he paint in the dining room because he couldn't afford a studio? Or was it part of his process and ritual to open up and close up his paints every day? I'm interested to know why he did that.

And wearing a suit, maybe that put him in the mood, like he was playing his characters. He sounds like he might be a bit compulsive.

Reminds me a bit of David Lynch.

He was just really proper, so definitely part of the process (I can really relate to this totally!) it is kind of nice to put a start and a stop time to your creative process. I bet it helped him sleep too.

Yeah. It sounds good. Kind of like a 9-5 type job. He probably went out for lunch. lol His paintings do show discipline and he was very prolific. Nice to bunk the stereotype of emotional, crazy artist.

Mine's a stained glass window I made. One of a set in my bathroom from a photo I took while in Japan 20 years ago. I'm changing it to a WTF pic of myself.
No, changing it to a sketch I did for Karmanado when he needed something for a team t-shirt.

Wellll....I deleted the window and I'm having a little difficulty with the size of the avatar. It'll come eventually. I have to go back to the instructions.
I don't think the changes are being saved as I put in a signature and that goes away, too.(?)

My current avatar is the Hebrew word "Ahava." It means "love," but has the same linguistic root as "to give."
