because , what the dont tell you is exema is caused by parasites aka viruses/bacteria too, and the sunlight kills it.

What's the best way to get rid of it? confuse

1. Sunlight
2. Yogurt

nod

My youngest had bad eczema when she was a baby. I would feed her plain organic whole-milk yogurt and also smear it on the eczema itself. We also took her outside and got her as much sunlight as was reasonable. It cleared right up, every time.

Since I can't put topical stuff on my head - with my hair and all. I have to rely on sunlight and nutrition.

I really think that eczema is an allergy and I am pretty sure I have it on my head because I am allergic to shampoos.

Try cutting out wheat too and see what happens. Do you have asthma by any chance? Eczema and asthma often go together, and the three biggest food triggers for both of them are dairy, sugar and wheat.

I've actually just recently cut out wheat and sugar.

One of my brothers has severe asthma, and I have a mild case of it, so does my mother. My son also gets eczema patches now and then and he too has a mild case of asthma, but thankfully nothing serious.

I have had problems with sinusitus before.
Not asthma, but I do have sinus infections from time to time. But I haven't had one since 2004 when I started water fasting. Fasting seems clear the sinuses up.

It also appears to help with the skin to some extent, but I haven't embarked on more than a 3 day water fast lately. shrug

But this eczema is really bad this time.

and its cause bacteria and parasites feed off of these things and help them flourish, thats why they are saying to eat yogurt, it has good bacteria that kill the bad.

You may want to try a bottle of noni juice and put that directly on the area.
I say try to see if you dont mind it. Not cuase it wont work, it will. And likely permanetely.
