The other day I thought I was seeing someone's aura, but.. ...it was actually my astigmatism acting up  I put on my glasses, then blinked and the "aura" went away. Your eyes ever play tricks on you like that where you see something, but it's not really happening? Maybe I'm just hallucinating, which can be lots of fun too  | |

The other night I thought I saw a white ghostly figure in the kitchen. But it was the glade plug in nite light. I just bought it and I wasnt used to the light

I think it can be freaky to drive at night since shadows and glare sometimes make it look like the road is going in a different direction than it actually is. Also, one busted tail light can make a car look like a motorcycle etc. You have to be wide awake at times like that. | |

Sometimes before I get a migraine I see what are called auras (not the energy a person gives off). They're basically visual disturbances that happen before the headache starts. It just looks like blurry vision. | |

I don't "see" things, but I do see things out of the corner of my eye a lot. I always think I see a spider running across the floor *all* the time! I'm scared of them, so I think thats just anxiety. Rock n roll baby | |

You could be going through a retinal detachment. You need to see and opthamologist It's worth checking out. Sometimes retinal detachment starts out with something like that, or seeing lightning or flashes of light in your eye.. I had a huge retinal tear from getting hit in the head that looked like everything in the middle of my sight was GONE. I would look at people and the top of their head looked like it was sitting on their shoulders, no faces.  After the surgery I fell and had a complete detachment. It looked like I was looking at an opal behind sheer curtains with lightning flashes coming up from the bottom- really pretty but very, very scary. Those only get that bad if you have severe trauma to your head.

I've never hit my head, like ever, and my eyesight is (apparently) perfect, just got it tested 2 months ago...so im gonna rule that one out for now.  Although I am rather intrgued...no scared!!

And it IS always spiders...or things on the floor, like maybe a mouse. But things crawling on the floor (spiders, mice...!) is one of my biggest phobias, so as I said, I wouldnt be suprised if it was anxiety (ahem not you anx) *looks at wikpedia again* Nah....it aint ghosts Rock n roll baby | |

Good, I'm glad it's not supernatural.

EXACTLY! thats why Im so paranoid about it, I think Ive seen them, even when I haven't, cause I know how fast they are :shudder: I hate em It's funny, it *is* totally in my head: My room is quite narrow, with my bed down lengthways, and I have been sitting on my bed before, on the far side, where I can't see the floor down next to me, and thought I saw something move - when I couldnt even see the floor!
