Sidebar: They are looking mostly for to things:

1) sanitation... at all costs follow the code and take your time
2) Client safty.... in all things be careful of that... ( The angle of your tools etc..... )

That is EXACTLY what my lab instructor said lol.... She said basicaly it's a dog and pony show and all they care about is safety and sanitation....I mean think about it, there are so many people who can't cut hair who have licenses lol. But still I am learning to do it the State's way even though it's not the RIGHT way and thank you for the advice. hug

Hey, I passed the first time. There are six or so different tests. If you fail all of the math questions, you can still pass. Don't worry about the math.
