Anyone else?

I try to make some sense on the org I think.

I've got more attitude (at the moment) away from the org. I entertain, but I try not to miss anything.
I'm always respectful until crossed.

I'm super quiet in real life. and very shy.
Only when one-on-one with someone I feel comfortable with, I open up.

I'm bitchier in real life (omfg it's true. lol.). In real life if I don't like you, you'll know it--I won't even waste time talking to you. But here it's more difficult for people to know that I suppose. I think it's hard to tell if you're being ignored in cyberspace and I'll occasionally post on thread or respond to people I would normally not even bother with in real life.

I do try to not be super mean to anyone here (okay, except for 1 person for whom I do pick on a bit). It's so much harder to explain things w/o the advantage of tone, inflection, facial expressions; and I have a very dry, sarcastic sense of humor which can often be misinterpreted so I do try to be more conscious of how I come across...most of the time. wink
The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

I'm probably kinder in real life.
Unless you're a complete jerk.
I am used to advocating for people, so it comes naturally for me to problem-solve and intervene.
Just gotta make sure I know when to shut up and walk away, too.
biggrin Always the hard part.

I'm much more opinionated and outspoken on the org. I don't often share my strong opinions or private information with people in real life. I can be pretty quiet, private and behind the scenes. In real life, people's judgments and impressions of me have often been radically different from who I am on the inside. clueless sad

I'm much more comfortable with the written word than the spoken word, always have been. So I would say you all experience more of me than what I generally reveal "out there".

I'm a little different here. For example, on the org I'll take a dig at DexMSR over his funny, spirited rants, while in real life I'd just nod and smile at whatever he said to avoid being beaten up. He's 6ft 7 so naturally beats people up. Because he can. Or rather, because I would. confused

Ok, in all seriousness, or at least that which I can muster, I'm a little different here. In person I'm shy, honest, genuine, a little dull, anti-social, occasionally witty, but generally (I'd like to think lol ) just a straight-forward quite nice, amiable guy once I open up a bit, whereas on the org I'm much more confident, cheekier, a bit conceited sometimes and more sarcastic. The mischevious side to me comes out a bit more. smile
