'Sweetie' seems appropriate.

my cat was originally called 'smudge'... but ended up being called 'kitty' pretty quickly... i think many cats do in the end... people just can't be bothered..

It looks like a bizarre cross of a monkey and a dog, judging by that picture.
Maybe you should indeed call it "Cat" just to make sure people would know what kind of an animal it truly is supposed to be.

Yeah that's another option. It really does have the face of a large feline though. Like a lion or something.

She was signed over to the local shelter after the owners had told a worker that if they dont pick up the kittens before a certen time that they would drown them because of the birth defects, there were 3 of them but she was the only one that could be saved. My bf had gone to the shelter to get a cat of any sort and was asked after he turned in the application if he would like to foster her, he said no that he would just adopt her at that time.
The shelter said that they deal with these people alot since they breed these cats. Seems to me that they need to stop imbreeding so much then there would be less birth defects. Poppys, daisys life is crazy

I wish people would stop meddling with nature - I'm not a supporter of dog or cat breeding. On the good side, it's wonderful for her that fate brought you and your boyfriend into her life. I'm sure you will provide a lovely home for her. Congratulations on your new kittie - and it's so lovely to hear that you bought her from a shelter. Congratulations on that too.

Get your mind out of the gutter ... besides, it could be her boyfriend's hand It is her boyfriend's hand. Did Meggy mention that the kitty is a Sealpoint Siamese? Meggy raised kittens this young before, they were extremely bonded to her. "Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind"-Dr Seuss

Im not big on breeders ether, but if you really think about it, if everyone stoped letting their animals mate and had them all spayed or nuetered like the shelters advertise there soon wouldnt be anymore left. not even at the shelters.
