I'll never forget a house show I went to when I was about 7. It was Sting vs Rick Rude, and Sting chased after Rick Rude up the turn buckle. Sting tried to pull Rick Rude down and ended up pulling his pants down instead. The whole arena saw Rick's bare naked ass. I was so embarrassed for him redface Imagine being a 7 yr. old girl with her dad and brother seeing a man's naked ass. redface

It's not the first time this has happen to Rick Rude. He even had his wrestling tights accidently pull down by The Ultimate Warrior in Wrestlemania V. And everyone on PPV thought it was funny! lol

Its a shame how bad the "wrestling" is now....I mean, I know that its choreographed and what not.....I've known since way back that its not real, but at least the timing was better and it didn't look so fake....I was watching a delayed broadcast of Monday Night RAW this afternoon and there was a tag match between the champs (Cena and Michaels) and "The World's Greatest Tag Team" (Shelton Benjamin and Charlie Haas)....long story short, they missed so many cues and moves that it wasn't pretty at all....at one point, Haas went to ram his shoulder into Cena who was in the corner up against the turnbuckles...I swear that Cena jumped as high as the bottom rope before Haas made contact....then he tried his best to act like it was the hardest shot he ever took....it just seems like these guys don't even take the time to master their craft anymore....I mean, they do try to sell it as "sports ENTERTAINMENT"...to shouldn't they be the best entertainers for the money? disbelief

ECW has always been shit. People just thought it was exciting because they were kinda "underground"....IMHO of course. Now I'm not saying ECW hasn't changed, but IMO it has never been any good.

I never really saw the original ECW, but I think that it was edgier because of the crazy sh*t that the wrestlers did on there.

The original ECW used to have the most controversial storylines during the 90's. THIS was the first ever wrestling organization with no rules whatsoever.

I remember when ECW was ECW. It was great because they gave guys a chance that wouldn't usually get a chance. When Steve Austin was fired from WCW, Heyman gave him a chance to say what he felt. How Hogan, Dusty Rhodes, and Eric Bischoff screwed him, promised him a fued with Flair for the World Title then changed their minds, making him the US champion then making him lose to HACKSAW FREAKING JIM DUGGAN in 10 seconds. His shoot on the whole incident back in 1996 was one of the best I've seen.
