I like Gladiolas (or gladiolus)...not necessarily yellow, but I couldn't find a better image:
Lilacs--we used to have two huge lilac bushes on our farm and they always bloomed in May, just before my birthday. and Gardenias (they smell soooo beautiful!) The check. The string he dropped. The Mona Lisa. The musical notes taken out of a hat. The glass. The toy shotgun painting. The things he found. Therefore, everything seen–every object, that is, plus the process of looking at it–is a Duchamp.

Did you used to suck the sweetness out of honeysuckles as a child? I used to.....I don't know if I could bring myself to do it now. I was young and naive then. Yes I used to do that as a little kid cause my grandma taught me about that! Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

Lilacs. There is a lilac bush growing on the one side of my building. Last spring, I snuck a couple of blooms into my house. Trouble was, they didn't seem to last very long, just a couple of days. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you.

I like Calla lilies. So many women use those for their weddings. My mom does flowers for weddings, and I can't count how many girls use those flowers. They're pretty though Georgia O'Keeffe seemed to love them too. ohhh pretty pretty.... I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I love lilacs too. They don't last long when you pick them but it makes the bush grow more flowers the next year. People should cut all the dead flowers off before they go to seed. We used to have the most gorgeous old lilac trees, the people who bought the house cut them all down except one. They never even saw them blooming.
