I had an excellent review yesterday but they turned up their expectations now

and i am ready to fight them because it's not realistic.. but still i am trying to get the work done like they asked

It seems to have cleaned up ok though

$27.50 a gallon though ...and on a brand new floor

just frustrating is all

my sister rented an apartment a few years ago from the brother of one of our friends, this friend was the manager of the property.... my sis had a "painting party" and the friend/manager was one that came over to help paint. she had been giving us a hard time about spending so much on paint (landlord, her brother had paid for the paint)... then she picks up a gallon paint to shake it- but the lid had already been pried off... so she spilled the WHOLE gallon all over herself and the floor!!! fortunately there was plastic down, so the floor wasn't ruined. and since SHE spilled it she didn't say anything about the cost to buy one more can of paint.
