As you know, I have a bitch living below me that I don't get along with (and vice versa). Today, in the mail, I got a letter in the mail from the condo association that runs the place I live at saying that they got complaints about the following:

* playing my stereo at a loud volume - which is bullshit. The bitch downstairs did come up and knock on my door when I had the music too loud ONE TIME, but I now play my stereo at a reasonable level.

* slamming doors at all hours - excuse me, but the bitch downstairs slams doors too. I've lost track of how many times she's woken me up out of a sound sleep at 5:30 - 5:45 in the morning slamming closets and doors. When she comes in from walking her dog, she slams the door real hard. Is it really necessary to slam your door THAT loud?

* vacuuming in the wee hours of the morning - oh geeze, now we're really stretching here. The "vacuuming in the wee hours of the morning" was not actually "wee hours", it was 9:45 at night. The bitch called the cops on me about it in retaliation for me calling the cops on her one night for loud talking and laughter, which by the way, was after MIDNIGHT AND I WAS TRYING TO SLEEP.

The letter also goes on to say that the units where I live are not sound-proof and that we must be aware that all times consideration must be used when doing anything that may have a negative impact on neighboring units, blah, blah, blah. Which I am well aware of, having lived here over 17 years.

I know it's the bitch downstairs complaining about this whole mess and making false allegations against me. I just talked to the guy who sent me the letter, and told him why I disagreed with all of the alleged "complaints". I told him that the woman downstairs makes as much noise as I do, and that she is not very quiet either. He asked me, "She didn't come up to talk to you about your stereo being too loud?" I said, "She came up and talked to me about it ONCE (and I even apologized to her and lowered the level of my stereo, so what the fuck is her problem????)

Fucking bitch, and that allegation about me vacuuming in the wee hours of the morning happened like a couple years back, and she's STILL complaining about that? She needs to get a grip on herself, and GET OVER IT. I told the person that I spoke to over the phone that she makes a great deal of noise herself, and that I've never said a word to anyone about it. Sure, I could be a bitch just like her and bitch and whine about everything she does, but I REFUSE to lower myself down to her petty level.

The guy I spoke to from the condo association told me to write and send him a letter explaining why I disagreed with all of the supposed "complaints". Believe me, I am going to, I am not going to let this bitch try to make it look like I'm such a noisy person when I'm not. The people across the hall from me have never had a complaint about noise, so I know it's just this bitch being petty (which I told the guy on the phone as I was talking to him). Believe me, this guy is going to get a mouthful from me in this letter. He already did over the phone, but I still have more to tell him. Stuff like this really pisses me off. Why the hell is this woman bringing up stuff that happened only once and/or several years ago? Can't she just let it go? She must be a very unhappy person inside.

Believe me, the bitch started the fight long before I did. She and her husband took me to court for a water leak that they NEVER told me about. I wound up having to pay $300 for a leak that I was not even aware of. I was very good about it, and paid up the money, and have not said a word to that woman. If anyone should be vengeful, it is me, for getting stuck with a bill that could have been avoided.
