OJ Simpson could be Danielynn's dad
Wednesday, March 7 2007, 14:22 GMT By David Cribb O.J. Simpson has revealed he could be the father of Anna Nicole-Smith's youngest daughter Danielynn. The former American footballer was on good terms with the late model, and has told his friend Norman Pardo that he is a likely contender as the mystery over the child's paternity continues. "(He) said he was throwing his hat into the ring," said Pardo, who filmed Simpson for five years as part of a documentary. "He said he knew Anna Nicole pretty well, and he said he had slow-moving sperm, and he might be the father." However, the ex-sportsman is worried about the possible consequences of being named as Danielynn's father, as he is currently in a legal wrangle with Fred Goldman. Goldman won a civil suit concerning the murder of his son Ron, as well as Simpson's own wife Nicole. Nardo quotes Simpson as saying: "I hope they don't do a DNA test on Anna Nicole's baby.
