and mostly organic vegetables and fruit, and I mean REAL organic,.. straight out the garden

even if tofu were completely cut out of someone's diet, aren't there TONS of things that have soy protein? one would have to have a restrictive diet on par with strict vegetarianism or veganism to completely cut out soy, no?

the whole estrogen scare w/ tofu is silly, and just another reason for people to pooh-pooh tofu as a viable alternative to eating meat. i've been chowing down on all kinds of soy products for the last 19 years and aside from the micropenis and the big knockers, i'm still the same person i was when i first went veggie.
