I usually use NEro, but I am having real problems trying to copy and burn a movie DVD..

Is there anything I should know and do?

Burning data DVDs I have no problem with so I dont know why it wont work for this too..

it doesn't update, so it will give you some trouble with newer releases having anti-piracy software, but i got a great programme that does update and circumvents the a.p. software. i will have to give you the name of that when i get home, though. i think it's "anydvd". it has a 21 day trial period, and is only $20 to buy.

if it is a copy, it will have the a.p. software, as dvd cloning copies everything on the disc, including that.

I use a bonfire surrounded by a buncha Christian extremists/activists.

Use Ashampoo - it's got everything Nero has minus all the bloated shit that nero has, and plus it's more reliable.
