I had an exterminator come to my house back in January, and gave them a check in full to pay for service the day the guy was here. The pest control service has sent me a bill TWICE for the amount that I had already paid. I again called them today to complain and to say that I had already paid them. The woman I spoke to checked and said that I had a zero balance. Well, duh, I already knew that, idiot! The woman also said that they had a new computer system that apparently was still sending out bills to people who had already paid. She said that it was causing them as much frustration as it was for their customers, because they have been getting a lot of phone calls. My question is: They know that they're having a problem with their computer system generating bills for people who have already paid in full. In light of that, wouldn't they do whatever was necessary to make sure that the people who have paid in full weren't getting billed again? Stuff like this drives me nuts. The next time these jackasses send me a bill, it's going STRAIGHT into my trash. I'm not calling these people again. I wanted to say, "Get your shit together!"

I feel ur fustration, I have the same problem with medical bills. That is why I photocopy the bills and checks and staple them together and file everything!!
I't even worse when u get 2 or 3 different pple answering the phone when u call!!
