I third that emotion... Changing block E from the "seedy" wasteland it was into a parking lot almost seems better than walking out of First Ave and seeing that huge Hard Rock guitar in front of you. I'm concerned about suburban cross-over. We used to be able to keep them down the street at Champs and Old Chicago...
