Clue is hilarious. And my mother and I watched Sound of Music every year when it would be on tv. Just like Wizard of Oz. Which I should probably add to my top 10...

Madeline Kahn is great, I notice you have her in Young Frankenstein too.
The Empire Strikes Back seems more popular than I thought. After looking at my list I might swap Jaws for Spririted Away.

U certainly have the strangest list I've ever seen.

The only Lynch fims I really like are Mulholland Drive and Blue Velvet and The Elephant Man to a lesser extent.
I found Dune tedious and that Eraserhead is beyond weird, disturbing even.

dune is TOTALLY tedious. i've heard that even lynch himself doesn't like that movie, but i'm sure he had to deal with so much studio interference that he could barely do what he wanted with it.

i LOVE eraserhead - i just got it on DVD a couple of weeks ago - but i have to be in the right mood for it.

OH, and 'the straight story' - that was a surprising little gem. i think that film is way beyond charming, yet it still manages to be a quirky weird little david lynch movie.

'inland empire' is WAY amazing. once i'm able to watch it a few more times, i can see it being my favorite DL movie, easily. it's like an encyclopedia of everything he's ever done in one movie, plus more. i loved it.

oh, and uh, yeah...my movie tastes are all over the place, ha. redface
