Baby, I Cruised... But, I'm talking about an actual cruise! I leave tomorrow afternoon on one of them there Carnival Cruises to Ensenada and back. We're leaving out of Long Beach, going to San Diego, then to Catalina Island, then to Ensenada, Mex., then back to Long Beach.
It's my first cruise ever. My wife and I had always talked about doing it, and since we're split up, I guess we will never do that... So, my sister-in-law's sister owns a travel agency and got us all a great deal on this package. So it's my two brothers, their wives and some band members and friends... about 25 of us! It's the Monarch of the Sea ship, and I've got a window!!! All food is free - not the booze. I will be a gluttonous pig for a week. I'll be back next weekend. Bon Voyage! |

Cuises are fun you will love it. You'll be enamored at the size of the boat and all the stuff they have on it. They have casinos and clubs and buffets. Its crazy! Carpenters bend wood, fletchers bend arrows, wise men fashion themselves.

Sad to hear about the split J7...have a splendid time wit yo bad self! Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind. | |

u should have a ball there. All the food is like buffet style and it at access to you 24/7!!! When I went on a cruise they even had a midnight "chocolate" buffet where there was all types of chocolate, chocolate covered strawberries, chocolate bananas, chocolate peanuts and almonds. Milk chocolate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, solid chocolate, they even had a big dragon on the table made out of chocolate!!!
Damn you are making me want to go again!!! It's so convenient, you don't have to drive anywhere, everything is accessable to you. If you want to go to a club, they have more than 1 on the ship for you. They have plenty of bars for drinks, need gifts? They have more than one gift shop available, plus if you just want to relax and get a massage, they have a spa on board. Want to go to the beach before the ship stops at an island? Usually the top deck has an open pool while the ship is sailing. but i always said that when i get married, that is what i want to do for the honeymoon...go on a romantic cruise. That all sounds fantastic! I can't wait. It's kinda bittersweet, though. One of the things my wife and I were gonna do together...

I'm Back! I had an incredible time. Never have I been so pampered with gluttonous debauchery! I had more food than I should have ever eaten! Drank more beer and liquor than I can remember and partied more than I thought I could, or remember!! It's a wonderful life on a cruise ship.
It's good to be home though, cuz you can only take so much of such fun! I truly need a vacation from my vacation! Thanks for all the well wishes... If given the chance, go! It's too fun! |
