The necessary evil that is DATING just sickens me. Yet if you do not, you are cutting yourself off from some most amazing and beautiful souls. Yet when you do, you are now inundated with those same souls and energy that just doesn't fit and is an apparent waste of time and energy of your own.

It is a catch 22 that we all must endure in our lifetime, but that doesn't mean we have to like it. It is time consuming, exhausting, cumulative and just a PAIN IN THE ARSE!! While you are embarking on the Dating Game, you have to remember who you went to the movies with, what restaurant you went to, keep track of who you told parts of your life story too without repeating it to contestant number one, two or three or what the fuck ever!!!

I hate it!

Then there is sex! Now men, if you don't know.....YOU HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO POWER IN THIS! Not until after the first sexual encounter do you have any rights of touching, engaging, trespassing...lol...or whatever it is you do in navigating the female divide.

You have to decide if you are attracted enough, will there be sexual compatibility? If you are adult enough, you may be lucky enough to actually engage in a cool and relieving conversation about sex which can be a deal breaker in and of itself.

I hate dating.....

Then you have to give space, respect space, make calls, expect calls, not get calls, make plans around plans and nonplans. I mean, you become this kind of fucking traffic cop standing in the middle of a four way intersection with no traffic lights to help you out! "Hey, what you doing? Cool...I'm going here and there and will be back around then, and I am going here after that and we can do this at that time then bye! Hey, what's up....I am going here after that and we can do this at that time then bye! Hey, (not feeling this one)....sigh...what's up....I'm just chillin.....nah....I'm cool on that....not really into this or that WITH YOU, but can't say that or this to YOU.....what?...nah....I think I'm chillin' tonight.....what?....tomorrow?.....Ummmmm.....I'm getting a frontal labotomy at 9am.....STOP CALLING ME NOW!!!

I don't date or have sex, haven't for yearrrsss for many of the same reasons you've stated. I became more and more guarded and not opening up or letting people in the more I dated, so I stopped.
