I'm thinking about getting a peircing on saturday but I dont know what exactly to expect or even what kind of jewelery would be best.
I only have my ears peirced, is it all done in the same way?
and how much does it hurt?

Ears are not done the same way that everything else is. Ears are usually done with a gun and everything else with a very long needle.

Yes, from the neck down, painful but nothing you really can't stand.

Well first they do the needle. It last a 2 seconds. Then they keep the needle in until they get the jewelry. They then slip that on and you're all set.

I remenber one time, back when I was but a wee snip of a lad,
I overheard two of my older cousins talking about body piercing.
One told the other that it was more pure to the "art" if one learned how to do it oneself as opposed to going to a professional.

Curious,
later on that night,
I decided to try & experiment with piercing my own body.

You know, stories to make you feel really calm under the needle.
Like when your sister pierced her own belly button and she had a huge infection and thought she was going to have to have it amputated. SHE never had anything else pierced. At least nothing I care to know about anyway.

My nips are way too small for a piercing but i was thinking about getting one on my back this weekend. I have been contemplating it for ages but i think its time.

I did my ear myself back in the day, hurts a bit over the cartalage. Had my penis done in two places about 4 years ago and that hurt like anything you could imagine but the pain goes off fast, the buzz lasted for days! Like tats, they are very addictive.

When I get back from Iraq, I'm prolly gonna get my nips done and am seriously considering getting my...package....pierced.....along with two more tats that will finish off the six major points of my upper body....I have two on one arm, one on the other arm, one on my left pec and one on my upper right back....
