As Anx indirectly pointed out, Orville has been dead for 10 years.

I saw this on TV and thought, "Wait a minute..." Looks like they resurrected him, that's for sure. I'm not sure I like it. I mean, doesn't he have kids or something that could have carried on in the commercials, like "Dad's recipe" or "The Redednbacher's would have it any other way." I like how this guy refers to it as his recipe and all -- suggesting HE's the real deal! (Uh yeah-- your name is NOT Orville Redenbacher!) Bad marketing plan. Maybe they expect this to be similar to all the Colonal Sanders guys.
