I don't blame you for feeling awful after THAT dream. EEEESSHHH!!! I think that all it takes is a good night of sleep tonight. I'm sure you wont dream the same dream again.
I've had dreams where I've had limbs torn off and I can swear that I know what it really feels like because of the realism of the dream. I can't imagine having to feel what you felt in your dream. I don't always realize I'm dreaming, though, so it's not every single dream. I take my friends for rides when I realise I am dreaming and therefore I can fly | |

I had a dream last night I was sitting on a tall brick wall in the darkness with Anx and we were eating veggie pizza singing "can't touch this"

Mark my Words. well that's different sometimes old death means new death and sometimes old death means new birth fish also means a birth as well Its funny that you mention that, because a lot of folks think that is just an old wives tale....but I know that two of the weirdest fish/seafood dreams I've ever had preceded one of my kids and my sister's first child....I always that thought that was a New Orleans thing, but I guess not..... when I have bad dreams, they're usually tied to my own misdeeds....so when I behave, I dream good...the only death dreams I have are of my own demise....but in every case, I just shake it off, look around to make sure I'm good to go...and I'll go back to sleep.....though I am prone to the worst dream within the bad dream...where you think you're up, but you're really in another layer of the bad dream.....I HATE THAT!!! Luckily I am able to just say to myself "it was just a dream" and move on with my day. Friends have told me they aren't able to shake shit like that so easily. What about you people?
I just tell myself "It was just a fucking Dream"....what else is there to do...I mean...IT WAS A DREAM! Kiss your daughter, call her, etc...and let it go. The man who does not read good books has no advantage over the man who cannot read them. -- Mark Twain.
