Are ya big on core work? I've been working my abs religiously since I'm like 15 I guess. But recently I've been extremely hard on them. So yesterday I got this pain, like rite in through my belly button. I couldn't even stand up straight for like the whole day or it would KILL. Well today I can stand up straight but it still hurts like a mother. Ever have that? Is it a HERNIA? | |
