Dear Sylvester Stallone....

Dear Sly Stallone,

I am a fan of yours. I loved your Rambo movies and others like "Tango & Cash", "Cliffhanger", "The Specialist", and "Demolition Man", but most of all, I really love your Rocky movies, however, no offense, particularly parts 1-4. The last two, i'm sorry to say sucked butt. I understand where you were going, maybe you should consider the concept of letting the Rocky franchise just stay the way it is, but instead you keep adding sequels to it. Now really, I want you to really think about what I'm about to ask you, was there a real need for the 6th (and hopefully the LAST) Rocky movie? I mean c'mon, you even said yourself in an interview after Rocky V that there wasn't pretty much anything else you could do with Rocky's character, but yet, here we went again. The 4th one, where you were at you height of sexiness wearing those tight black pants in the movie, was suppose to had been the last. If not, why was the scene with you in the car greiving Apollo's death, flashing back to the first 3 movies in the past? In V, at the end, there was black and white scenes from all Rocky movies before it, which let us fans know, that yeah this one is the last one. And now in the 6th one, at the end, when Rocky is walking away from Adrian's tombstone in the grave yard (and why in the hell did you kill her off for? Was Talia not available for this movie?) Rocky disappears off screen. Is this a sign that after this movie, Rocky dies??? hmmm And now i hear that you are doing a 4th Rambo movie....and you must assume what my next question is....NOW WAS THIS REALLY NECESSARY AS WELL?

Sly I love ya, I just wanted to give you some feedback. Take Care...

Love your loyal fan,

Missfee biggrin
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.

I LOVED the last Rocky movie.. I MEAN LOVED IT. I know that rocky films aren' the greatest artistic statements but they always inspire me and make me feel good. Always have since being a kid.

they're so many scenes that make me well up! haha. In all seriousness though i think stallone had a great knack of wrighting from the heart in these films, if a little over sentimental sometimes. Hey its a feel good film so get off its jock! lol

They're so many great parts in all movies that just make your hairs stand up on end and make u think u could bang any fucker out cold. Even in Rocky 5! what about the part where he goes back to the gym and recalls Mick training him. Mick gives the speech about how as we get old we keep on losing and how sometimes people can inspire us to keep moving on. When my uncle died i played this clip over and over. "get up u son of a bitch!...coz Mickey loves ya"

I think he made the last movie because he wasnt happy with 5. I thought it was a fitting ending to a great story. I love the part in Rocky Balboa when he's in the meat factory and he's trying to explain to pauley that he has pain inside of him that he cant resolve. I defy anybody not to be moved by his performance here.

How well did Rocky Balboa do at the cinema worldwide? was it considered a comercial success?

lol lol lol

I hear what you are saying though. But seeing the flashbacks in the movie are getting a bit redundant.

This is the funniest part of the whole thing! Rocky 6 was pretty good, it did something new with a character and really made you feel for someone you thought was gone. It was better than tango and cash, cliffhanger and especially demolition man. I suppose you liked judge dredd too?

no, but Rocky 6 sucked. Suppose you liked 5 too? Guess what, that one was just as bad, maybe you prefer "Oscar" too.
I will forever love and miss you...my sweet Prince.
