My first thought upon reading the thread title:

"Yeah: get used to it." neutral

Seems like once you start having it, it comes and goes forever. For me, I've had it since I was 16.

I concur about exercise, though. The more I work out, the less mine hurts.

Pilates is my favorite thing for this. Strengthens the core, stretches you out. . . good stuff. Better use of your money than a chiropractor.

And yeah, should probably skip the heels as much as possible. They are really, really hard on your body. . . .they totally change the forces on your body when you stand and walk. Not good.
