Thanks, Dani...these are awesome.
I use this site a lot to keep track of the calories I eat every day. http://www.calorieking.com/ You just have to type in the food and it gives you the calories for different amounts. It also has restaurant calorie info.

No mashed potatoes or fries! PICKLES. (Make sure dill and not 'bread and butter' they have extra cals.

I'm just trying to help. Also sips of water between each bite is good. Disolve bullion cubes and drink them in hot water to curb your appetite. And when you drink water, drink it ICE ICE ICE cold, since your body has to burn calories to keep your body temp up. Fiber pills boost metabolism. (I think its fiber?)

Here's how I eat (on a good day, that is).
I try to put together a bunch of things that are healthy. I try to make my serving of each one no bigger than my fist. I do read food labels to see what I am eating and what the calorie, fat content is but I don't count calories for my servings. That's as far as I am willing to go.

It's not as user friendly as it could be. You kind of have to dig around to find stuff. It says here that a one pound, fresh pineapple is 227 calories.
