This thread is going to make some orgers hate me, but I have to vent.... okay, let me preface this by stating I am ALL FOR businesses employing handicapped and mentally challenged individuals. Really, I am. I think it's great for their self worth and it helps them lead a more "normal" life and feel like they fit in.
That being said, is it really such a good idea to have all of them working the SAME fucking shift?!?!? I mean really, at lunch today, I swear, I've seen preschool classes with more organization. Feel free to split the shifts up people.  | |
