Good one!

I've done it too. Cut the side of my right pointer right off...it actually filled back out in time. So weird.

I also ripped open my hand just at the base of my thumb a couple of years ago. Right down to the bone. Ended up getting 6 stitches that time.

The amount of blood that just pores out of your fingers/hands is unbelievable, isn't it?

Yay for mutilation!

yay!

when i was preggers with my girl i was working in a factory on a press machine. this machine didn't have the safety on it that should have been there and i ended up almost crushing my finger OFF! the middle finger of my left hand was flattened, broke in two places majorly, with bits and pieces broken crushed off the knuckle. it split open and finger juices squirted out the end. it was gross. nod and that happened the week after another kid had completely lost the end of his finger! lol

and it's still flatter than all my other fingers.

GRRRRR!!

What I *tried* to say earlier was....

Ouchie!

I've gotten cut a few times myself, mainly at work (I work in a kitchen). The last time I had to have stitches.

Speaking of stitches...are you gonna have that thing looked at? hmm

That only happens when the wound is infected. Soon you'll start noticing a strong rotten smell.

Good news is if you have your finger amputated now you might not die after all smile

The amazing thing about fingers (much like mouths) is that they heal really, really fast.
