update to my last post: I just got back from getting the results to an ultra-sound I had done last week due to me wanting to double-check those 'all clear' x-rayed chest pains. Turned out totally clear, as expected and the funny thing (to me, at least) was that as I walked out of the place there was this song on the radio singing, "you worry too much"... heheh.

but seriously, quit smoking, smokers. and try not to worry as you're doing it -- not worrying seems to be of benefit in general, a lesson to be learnt the more life goes on, i think.

I had a dream last night that I smoked a cigarette and enjoyed it very much.
