I was thinking about either Coke / Pepsi (normally drink at least one can a day) and / or chocolate and possibly meat on Fridays (although this involves some cooperation from the other half so could be difficult).

I give up sweets. I don't eat candy, cake, cookies, etc.... It's horrible. cry

But it makes you feel good that you did it, especially because it's for God. biggrin

In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

applekisses	Instead of giving up something, I'm going to try to look at it as doing something positive...like getting to bed earlier, or working out more (or both). I'm thinking those will be my two things for this lent.
