This is going to sound creepy, but I think everyone should take a shower in a bathtub that a child has recently used. The reason why...

Recently I had to shower in a bathtub that children used. I was standing there and I heard this crash after I adjusted the water temperature. I thought "Ok, so I knocked something like a shampoo bottle over. I'll pick it up when I get in the shower."
So I started hearing this weird whining, almost wailing kind of sound from the shower. I'm like "I have never heard a shower make those noises before." There I am thinking the water's too hot, the shower will explode, the world is ending (OK, not quite that, but yeah...I was really confused ).
I finally got in the shower and the wailing got louder. I looked down and saw this toy that looked like Dory, the blue fish from Finding Nemo. I picked the thing up and realized it had a censor on the bottom that whenever the water hit it, it made this weird wailing sound that sounds almost exactly like a cat in heat.

So yeah, everyone should take a shower in a child's bathtub so they can have a similarly freaky experience.

Write to Apple and tell them to take their stupid commercials off the air.

Start to drink herbal teas rather than caffeine laced hot drinks. Camomile in particular is great for helping you to relax. Tastes fooking horrible though until you start getting used to it.
