Joe Rogan was dropped by his agent (who also represents Carlos) because Carlos wanted an apology and Joe wouldn't do it. Joe mentions on his site that this is really the reason struggling comics don't go after folks like Mencia. And a lot of folks don't know who Rogan is or that he's actually ok financially, so this is a bit easier for him to take on.
