if almost never having any is an issue (and oddly, many people in my life have remarked they think it is), then i have an issue. i don't tap into anger for the most part, and it almost never raises above an annoyed level. Power tends to corrupt; absolute power corrupts absolutely. - Lord Acton

Oh me too honey ... but has your ever ? and because anger / rage is not our common way did it anger you that you had anger ? on the very rare occasions i have gotten that angry, i am usually more pissed off that the person allowed the situation to get to a point that it makes me that angry than i am about the issue itself. well what if the rage is a dark seeded ugly monster that feels rejected and totally pissed off all at the same time wounded and deeply hurt

well what if the rage is a dark seeded ugly monster that feels rejected and totally pissed off all at the same time wounded and deeply hurt It depends on why, if it is something i can overcome and do something about then i will asses that and try and overcome it, if it is something i feel is better left or could be hamful to me or my loved ones then i try and align myself inside and accept the anger and grow from it

Frustration and lack of control leads me to rage every time.

I guess part of it is that I am angry at myself for allowing myself to go there in the 1st place

I don't usually have rage.
A little road rage once in a while. I think the only thing that tends to put me over the edge is when my husband and I are arguing and he throws in "Your just like you Mom and your Brother". Then I get rabid.

yup. i tend to not say anything about it to anybody around me, though, and if i do i usually direct it towards the wrong person.

well what if the rage is a dark seeded ugly monster that feels rejected and totally pissed off all at the same time wounded and deeply hurt i have had moments of complete rage the past 6 months or so, stemming from something a "friend" did. i usually vent to a friend and it passes. lately it's felt more like "this just isn't worth my time anymore." i don't feel anger about this anymore so much as frustration and pity. but when i'm really raged i can't even sit down. i walk around the living room talking to myself, "yelling" at the person or the situation, or the friend i'm venting to. Ex-Moderator | It's very, very rare for me.
I mean, extremely rare. My rage is usually channelled inwards and ends up as depression or toxic self-doubt but once in a great, great while I might let someone have it. |

Ooooh, I know what I get rage about.
Seriously. Muffled sound. Like if your in a car in the back seat and the radio's turned down, that you can just BARELY make out the song. Or like when your ears a popped. O M F G THE WORST!!!!!

Anger behind the wheel is the largest percentage--but I control it, completely. I just let it boil until I'm able to exit the vehicle.
And I'm extremely disappointed in myself for some key incorrect choices I've made over the past ten years. I let the disappointment hang around because I feel I deserve it. Sometimes I get dangerously angry at myself. It's such a waste of time. Oh shit, my hat done fell off

they range in size often...
i get very very angry whenever i am told that i'm wrong when the subject in question needs an opinion and not a factual response...especially when it's asked by someone who knows even less about it than i do... when my painting prof likes to make fun of me infront of my other friends/his students... ive been called a horrible painter... and he enjoys being rude and sarcastic to me as much work as i put into his class i get c's...and i think im a pretty good painter...he tries to pull it off as technical issues that i have, but the next person will do a far worse painting with ALL technical issues and he'll pass them with an a... FUCK YOU MURRAY!!!! i came home, i cried, and i went to bed. i'll never pass this class..
