Yeah the agony, tasteless food agony that is. . Ok, some of you may have read in another thread about my possible gallbladder problem. Well, anyway the doctor put me on a strict bland diet! Meaning no coffee,ice cream, spicy stuff, or sodas. I mean the doctor was telling me this, "Ok, no spicy food, no sodas of any kind, no coffee, no fried foods, no foods with lemon or orange juice and so on" basically, I am hearing this, "Ok, no eating foods that have taste!"
So yeah I have been eating bland food, but it's like eating styrofoam!!!!
Everything has to be steamed or grilled.
No red meats, no foods with acidic components like lemons and tomatoes. Basically, a lot of food is forbidden for me at the time.
The worst part is nothing spicy!

oh, i'm sorry...i got sick last year and had to be on a bland diet for a few weeks...only my doctor told me i'd find flavorful food disgusting anyway, and he was right!

i remembered i was a big fan of unsweetened iced tea during that whole time. go know.

I don't think I could survive without my spicy foods.
