I like pretty much anything Chaplin. I'm a sucker for all the old comedy classics. Don't forget about the Little Rascals comedy shorts. Love them too; and Spike's first movie'll always be a classic to me.

Now here's a man who knows what he's talking about! smile

I really like Vincent Price for some reason. I was trying to think if the Vincent Price version of House of Wax I actually saw was black and white. I know it was done in '52 or something like that, but I'm pretty sure I saw it in color on TCM. Anyway, fine movie. Way better than Paris Hilton tripe.

I really like Gretta Garbo movies, too.
This one's for you.

Agreed.

That's like remaking Meatloaf. Does anyone really think Jessica Simpson can redo "Paradise by the Dashboard light?" disbelief

Duane Jones played the lead.....rare for a black actor in the horror genre of that time. It's rarely seen in horrors even today.

Thank you!

Vincent Price is marvelous. House of Wax was indeed shot in color and, in fact, also in 3D.

Have you seen The Tingler, or either of the Dr. Phibes movies?

And Greta Garbo! Another favourite of mine, as well.

You have excellent taste in movies. smile

I haven't seen them, but I'm going to look into it!

What about Bette Davis? I was just thinking of Now, Voyager.
