I'm in the market for a video camera.


I'd like a nice one, but I don't want to spend too much money on it.
I can tolerate 500 - 600 bucks Maximum though if you woo me, I'd go higher.

If you can recommend one for less than that, I would be quite happy.

Sorry, I can't recommend one for that price, but the Sony Handycam is great. It is pricey at 1100 or more.

There are different varities of the handycam. You can find some from 600 on up. The one that is 1100, I recenty saw at the Sony Outlet store. It was new in the box for 900. My father told me that he bought one recently but has yet to use it.
