I made a thread about this that was totally thrown back in2 my face. At the end of the day I was blamed 4 being "insecure" or "fat". No1 wanted 2 c the unfairness of it all. As a consumer we deserve 2 have our size in there! I suggest u b happy that at least u can go 2 the store and find dozens of clothes ur size.

[This message was edited Tue Sep 10 17:14:26 PDT 2002 by Nep2nes] oh! sorry about ur clothes problems. i have that problem with jeans and clothes from my culture! no one( this year) said i looked fat. i have clothes that fit me fine. it justs the feeling. i really got a hideable wasit that got no curves, no nothing.no matter what i wear, my clothes always makes me feel like the imigrant new-comer.the others just wear regular -shirts, but their waist shows and it seems attractive cos it is something to hold on to. i just want some details on my diet or exercise i could do to lower my waistline. my friends and their friends are very skinny. they don't exercise and they eat a lot of meat or candy. yet they're skinny as sticks and i can see their bones easily. | |

Suby, I would say that anybody complaining about their weight at 100 pds is Anorexic. As far as exercises go well you really just need to Tone up your body. I'm not going to give you a regimine,however if you are interested in Exercising you can do some Sit-Ups,Crunches,Bicycling, Free weights. I would Check with a Doctor first then join a Gym and have your Own Personal Trainer map out exactly which exercises and Reps would be right for you. And remember Diet does play an Important Part in weight Loss or Maintainance. | |

yeah!! i think this is it. also what carrie said. i need muscle weight indeed. i weighed myself today and i check the balance just to make sure, i weigh less than 100 like around 96! but i have a waist! hm... thanks for the advice about getting proper a doctor telling me what i could do! | |
