 the company website has driver downloads for ethernet NICs, but the only downloads for bluetooth are Development Kits. so nothing there.Okay, I think I have the file you need BUT it's a 43MB download. i got it! 
i had to go out last night so i left the file downloading on dialup, knowing it would take HOURS. while i was out i got the bright idea to go to a coffee house with free WiFi internet. i downloaded the file in 30 minutes there, and it worked! 
but now there's a problem with the Motorola Phone Tools program. i plan to go to the coffee house again and do an update in the program. i hope it works.  There is no perfect place
