I think we need some kind of a buddy system here on the Org.

The buddy system is where two people, buddies, operate as a single unit in order to monitor and help each other during dangerous activities. They can keep an eye on one another, learn from each other, maybe even save each the other buddy's life.

I choose Dan, because on his own, his threads suck ass. He often knows this himself and in a fit of regret asks that they be deleted, but it happens so often that this is what is making the Org crash. And that's not good for anyone.

With me as his buddy, I can stop him from creating shit threads, and he in turn can help me with my IT stuff!
