Here's what happened to me. A few years ago I got some chicken at the ghetto KFC on Chicago avenue here in MPLS. When I got to my car I opened the box and there on one of the wings was a long, Black, Curly, Shiny strand of Jheri Curl hair. I went back in and showed the clerk. She said "It sure is, Would you like another order? I demanded my money back.

oh helllll no. falloff i go nearby that KFC on chicago all the time, but i've never eaten there (i don't eat at kentucky fried anymore, period). it's always creeped me out for some reason, and i think your story confirms that i need to remain creeped out by that place.

You got that right! That spot is the only KFC I know of in Minnesota that has the Bullet-Proof glass on the inside. And the rotating window cylinder in the drive-thru. I work a few blocks from that area, So I drive past there all the time. They had a sign in the parking lot that read. "NOW ACCEPTING EBS CARDS" I could'nt believe it.

On vacation in MN about five years ago we went to Bakers Square for breakfast. It took about 20 minutes for the waitress to take our order. We ordered something quite simple eggs, toast, hash browns and orange juice. The server wasn't happy to begin with, not sure why she had an attitude. We had been patiently waiting for an hour now!! She finally brought our food,an hour and half later. I thought this is ridiculous and I asked the waitress why it took so long for our order. She basically threw part of my order on the table at me, and said it's not my fault! Then she walked away nastily. The food was cold and I was pi$$ed that she threw my plate down on the table. I got up from the table walked into the back by the kitchen and said get the manager right now! Servers were asking can I help you and I said no, get the mangager immediately!

Then I told him how rude the waitress was right from the start and to throw my plate on the table. I said why should it take so long to get eggs? He told me the cook had called off, that he had gone out the night before and he had drank too much. That's really lovely! So then he apologized and said he would personally make the food and there would be no charge. I said I don't even feel like eating now! I wanted to leave but the people with me still wanted to eat there. The manager made the food and delivered it to our table within 10 minutes.

Then I said you really need to have talk with your server. I've never experienced a server like that in my entire life. The manager said this isn't the first time we've had a problem with her and I will be having a talk with her. We were eating the food and then I saw the manager pull the waitress aside to talk with her, the next thing I saw was the server putting on her coat and going home. By this time about three of the other servers had come over to our table and said she has a terrible attitude and it's very nice. So then they are apologizing for her,and I said you don't need to do that. I asked one of them, she didn't get fired did she? eek They said no,she was verbally warned and told to go home for the day. I think they said she is getting one more chance and if she doesn't straighten up she would get fired.

Which Bakers Square was it? I've been to both Bakers Square restaurants in Rochester, MN, and every single time I go there, they either a) screw up my order or b) take so fucking long to get served that my stomach feels like it's going to implode. I've had more problems with them than any other restaurant I've been to.

I went to the Bakers Square in Minneapolis located on a service road close to Shelard Pkwy(near 169). Sorry I don't know the name of the service road but I believe it is parallel with 394.

I ordered a breakfast sandwhich at McDonalds and I told them to please make it fresh; I'll wait. So after waiting about ten minutes, they handed me the bag and I drove home, got upstairs opened the wrapper of the sandwhich and the bagel was completely burned, it was black. I was really, really upset not to mention it was a winter morning and extremely cold out. I drove back to McDonalds walked in,took the bagel out of the bag unwrapped it and sort of threw it on the counter and said what is this! Do you expect me to eat that, I wouldn't feed that to a dog! Then I told them that they waisted 20 minutes of my time and gas driving to and from the restaurant twice and then had the nerve to serve me that. The manager appologized more than once, yelled at the person making the sandwiches and refunded my money for the sandwich and made me a fresh one and gave me a beverage as well.

This was NOT the first time they had done something like this with a breakfast order and I was finally fed up. Normally, I'm very calm and just tell them nicely what is wrong. But after about six times of screw ups,I had had enough. lol

Definitely not because I moved to the area where you can see them making the food and I watched them like a hawk!

That just happened to me today, I bought a grilled chicken caesar salad. I got it home, opened it up, and came to find that they neglected to put the chicken on it. doh! pissed They're going to hear about it tomorrow, that's for sure. since they didn't give me what I paid for (idiots!). When this happens to you, do you let it go, or do you tell the restaurant about it? I always tell them, since I feel like it's their fault that they screwed up my order, and dammit, I want what I paid for.

Once we ordered a pizza and the pizza had cinammon flavoring at the bottom! So it was sweet tasting pizza! so weird! well, we got another pizza for free.
I really like spicy food. I mostly put Jalapenos on a lot of my food.
