1 slice of margarita pizza. I just stumbled upon a little pizza joint on Thayer Street called Philippe's and man do they make a great pizza. This one had fresh tomatos and ricotta cheese on it. And fresh basil. Oh yum, oh yum.

Ox tails. I'm not sure what the animal looks like I just know it's Ox. The taste of them depends on how you cook them. I use to but them from a Jamacian restaurant. If you ever go to a Jamacian restaurant order some Ox tails only if you like trying different foods.

Yes Ox tails are meaty, they taste like roast beef, and you can season them with salt,pepper,curry powder,garlic powder,seasoned salt and probably some more things could season them. To be honest this was the first time I ever cooked them. You can't be to heavy on the seasonings because it will ruin the taste.

If you have a meat market close by go and ask if you can see what Ox tails look like...
