Something posessed me to buy a box of BROWNIES the other night disbelief I haven't baked them yet - somebody tell me to throw the box out. Please sigh

Did I mention they have peanut butter cups in the mix? mad mad

It's so freaking hard, isn't it.

Off topic for a sec, but I gotta say that outta everyone on the org...I seem to identify with you the most. You and I are a lot alike I think.

You even once made a thread that I was thinking of making a day or two before you made yours. I always felt we were kinda similar but when I read it I was like, "whoa, weird". It was the thread about tv habits, I think that was you, right?

That was my weakness. Back in the day, I'd go through a whole box in one sitting, popping them like tic-tacs. Even today, I get tempted every time I pass the Entenmanns aisle. But I must fight it.

Have you considered cutting down on alcohol? It really makes you shed pounds fast.

Also eat mostly organic foods..and NEVER fast food...food like that has growth hormones and additives that make you fat and hungrier. Get Kevin Truedu's book "Natural cures they don't want you to know about" it's not just for the conspiracy theroist. I good way to eat healthy is to limit eating out as much as you can and actually cooking it's actually cheaper in the long run too. But it takes effort and time but it's easy to control your weight when you stick to a menu plan at home.

Also working out five times a week is not only good for you physically but pschologicaly as well. It will make you want to eat healthier.

Drinking lots of water helps...I know I get bored of it too but when I do I squeeze lemon or lime in it or get a flavored mineral water that has no asparamate or sodium like La Croix.

I really stress the importance of eating all organic, natural foods though...it is so healthy for you and it also changes you mentally and clears your mind too.

I don't know if this was meant for me but I only drink alcohol maybe once a month. I am trying on eliminating junk food completely: I slip over the weekends. boxed I love water particularly since it is about the only thing I am allowing myself to drink. I haven't had a Pepsi in 49 days now. dancing jig

That's awesome. I still enjoy drinking once in a while but when you drink more than you should it is tougher to lose weight..I think it slows down your metabolism, makes you want to eat unhealthier food to soak up the alchohol when your drunk plus it just adds uncessary calories. I didn't know how much you drank I was just speaking for anyone. smile I've seen girls who party all the time then they lost like ten pounds and I'm like "What did you do?" and they said they just stopped drinking!

That is awesome about not drinking soda..I wish I had that willpower. Regular brands are bad like Pepsi or Coke because they contain high furtose corn syrup which is a man made chemical that makes people addicted and fat...the sugar has been genetically altered. Drinking an all natural soda like Blue Sky is better because the sugar is pure cane sugar which is from it's natural state without and werid chemicals added to it. But easier said than done..I've developed a real taste for Coke over the years. boxed

But whatever you do don't drink diet ANYTHING Asparamate is like crack and one of the worst things you can put in your body...it does nothing but make you addicted to it and not allow you to lose weight.

I'm dead serious.

How do you lose 6lbs in a week.

My condolences if you did indeed lose a limb, btw. rose
