...in the studio today, i'm finally back in my room, and have completed painting number 2 out of my triptych...now i have to work on 1 and 3..
1's almost done i just have to work on my chiaroscuro and i should be done... i've also been plagued with mirgrains and muscle twitches. fun!
tomorrow i'm back in the studio @ 10 to work until the early evening, and then i'm off to a bar/concert...



what i'd really like to ask you all: how has your weekend been so far??? hopefully better than mine!

like you just working.. designing.. with the lil distractions of the org now and again..

Just got back from Vegas. Had fun. Have a fire in the fireplace in the bedroom, going to catch up on local papers and Wall Street Journals. Having a glass of Babcock 2005 Chardonney. Had curry for supper. Tomorrow, go for a long run.

sitting around, orging, maybe take a few pictures, walk to the market later, perhaps a meal at a local restaurant, taking a nap, watching TV, that's about it.

I'll only do about 3 or 4 of the above though.

I spent all afternoon playing Starcraft over a LAN, watched some Justice League on Boomerang, then the South Park marathon on Comedy Central. Tomorrow we're going to the in-laws and do some snowmobiling.

i haven't had a tv in my room for about 2 years now? it's there but it's unplugged, when i want tv i go into the spare room and flip thru the satellite...and out of 800 channels, nothing to be found...its a waste of time and money.

Yesterday was spent alone. Walking through the snow, reading, watching some tv and sleeping. Today I went out to a movie with friends (Black Snake Moan. LOVED it.) and then to their house where we made dinner together. Just got home a bit ago and am getting ready for bed.
Tomorrow will be laundry day, and probably some more walking through the snow.

It's a nice weekend.

I spent Friday evening watching TV, Six Feet Under and Will & Grace, and then a DVD, Star Wars: Clone Wars Volume Two.

Saturday I went to a Thai restaurant with a girlfriend and the food was great. Then we went to my place and drank tea and ate chocolate while watching a funny romantic comedy, Down With Love, with Ewan McGregor and Renee Zellweger. It was all very nice and relaxed. Then, when I was alone again, I watched Jericho before going to bed.

Today I'm going to dinner at a friend's. I'm sure that will be very nice and relaxed, too.

All in all a very nice weekend.

i just got these in an email from my sister.

Those shoes are evil.

Um, lessee. Yesterday I did my laundry (finally), cleaned my kitchen, got groceries and dog food, dropped my dog off for an overnight playdate, and spent my evening watching some Daily Show/Colbert Report and some standup comedy on DVD, with some pot and tequila enhancement.

Today I'm having brunch with my best friend, going to buy train tickets (they're making me go TO THE FUCKING STATION 'cause I have a discount thingie ), doing some homework, picking up my dog, and going to some kind of themed dinner thingie with another friend.

I've also been working like a dog, suffering from migraines and generally losing my mind.

blech. It should be worth it one day...but that day just isn't today.
