do you ever start a topic and then change your mind before you actually post it?

i was about to start a thread about telling my daughter good bye just now. she was crying, wanted to stay home instead of going with the babysitter. i started crying too. but then as i was typing it i thought "well this will be a stupid thread" and i canceled it.

does anyone else do that?

and why doesn't imago do that more often? confused

Posted a forum topic where I looked like a complete idiot, and decided to leave it. I have to laugh at myself once in a while. It was a great opportunity.

I seldom have inspiration to start threads. Sometimes, I don't even know what to say on other people's threads. Everything sounds so useless, or not as funny as I want it to be. I'm far more communicative in real life than here.

But when I start one thread, more of them follow easily.

I do it.

But usually I come back and post it anyway.

My threads are often quite lame. It's just me being silly. If they end up with a lot of posts it's usually cause someone I know comes by and we start talking about something else. lol
