Where your just mad as hell and want to just decimate anything in your path? I'm so totally not this way, but in the past week or two I have just been consumed with anger. I know a lot of it stems through the craziness of this week and the things I'm going through but sometime the shit is hard when its all pent up and you don't have anyone to talk to about lifes troubles.

I do know that feeling..but it seems you have a great support group here on the org..feel free to add me to that list..

I feel that way nearly every day. I guess it comes from living in NYC and dealing with so many idiots. And I'm still angry about losing my mother. Working out is the best way for me to relieve my pent-up anger.

We all need to find the best way to relieve our anger. Holding it in is NEVER good- take it from me.

I get laughed at when I am angry....which makes me even more angry.
Some times it helps to sit and write down our thoughts and what is making us feel angry. Then go punch the shit out of a pillow..that way you do not hurt yourself.

Actually, on a more serious note, I have had a really weird week, and today felt both angry and sad.. and without putting it all upon others have had this pent up rage.. or something inside me, thats about to explode.. I have to breathe and put all the negative energy into the positive focusing on good things..

(and thats what I am afraid of.. )

I had one particularly pissed off day in Vietnam. 15th December last year to be exact as it was my friends birthday.

I hate to party poop but for some reason I can never really get angry. It's fleeting with me. I mean I don't even honk if someone cuts me off. I kind of just say "Eh, whatever."

Don't get me wrong sometimes I wish I could get angry. It just takes a lot. Trust me, I've gone off on some inmates that I used to have to interview. They would test me and test me until I just couldn't take it anymore.
