Sourdough Bread - Love It Or Loathe It?

I love it. I like how the flavor of the bread has a bit of sour taste to it. drool But then again, there are few breads that I DISLIKE. lol

I don't care for the taste of it. I'd rather have French or Ciabatta bread (with soup). smile

I recently started eating sourbread toast with PB & J in the mornings. Kind of an odd taste but a nice change of pace. I used to use this portuguese bread that was really good, but the place I got it from closed down.

Sourdough is awesome for grilled sandwiches and making homemade crutons.

Actually, multigrain is one of the few breads I don't like. giggle But it is good for you.
