of course i told him that i didn't know the first thing about any such company, and we've lived here for years. he checked me out very carefully and deliberately to make sure i wasn't lying, then said that "these things happen", and left. weird.  A lot of courts use sheriffs for service of process. It's a real hassle, but don't worry about it too much. cool. to be honest, i'm more concerned about somebody using our address. then again, like XX said, it might just be a mix-up of some sort. but a little stripping sure would have made my day. oh well... | |
