I am currently wearing jeans, big thick socks, a t shirt, a sweater and a hoodie and my hands are freezing. The only time I am warm is when I jump in bed under 2 blankets. And even then, my nose is cold. 
It's currently -13 F and the windchill is -35 F. I will be going to a friend's house later and I'm excited at the prospect of her home being warmer than my otherwise charming basement apartment.  |

It's cold here too. When I went to church this morning, the thermometer in my car that reads the outside temperature flucuated between 7 and 8 degrees!  I was supposed to go shopping today with my mom, but just called her a bit ago and told her that it was too cold and that I didn't want to go out. Yeah, I'm a wimp, I know. RIP, mom. I will forever miss and love you. | |

But they're out there in 15 degree weather, for sure. I always see people running around the lakes and there's often the windboarding peeps. That sport is SO WEIRD! Gliding across a frozen lake with a sail on a surfboard with runners. It seems so dangerous! I love all these Minnesota visions you provide.  | |

it's so cold out here lately that when i go to bed, my cat crawls under the covers and curls up next to me for warmth
oh, and i took the advice of the org skin care specialists - i bought aveeno body wash and a TOTALLY GAY bath poofie thing and a bottle of body oil for the dry skin issue...i no longer feel as if i'm being attacked by fire ants! | |

The heat in my car doesn't work very good at all. I think I finally got the thing to at least 0 degrees F when I reached the bus stop this morning.
